1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using BondStyle (bondstyle.co), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by all of the above, please do not use this service. BondStyle reserves the right to update and change these terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of the website following the posting of revised Terms of Service means that you accept and agree to the changes.
2. Description of Service
BondStyle is a subscription-based web application that provides content, tools, and resources related to bond markets, fixed income investing, and related financial topics. The service is designed to deliver informational and educational content to subscribers through a digital platform accessible via the internet.
The service includes, but is not limited to: market analysis, educational articles, portfolio tracking tools, yield calculations, and informational resources. BondStyle may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service or any features of the service at any time with or without notice.
3. User Accounts
To access BondStyle, you must create a user account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify BondStyle immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security.
BondStyle reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in its sole discretion. Users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the service.
4. Payment Terms and Subscription
4.1 Subscription Pricing
BondStyle offers a subscription service at a monthly rate of $19.00 USD per month. Payment is required in advance for each billing period. Pricing may be updated at any time, with changes taking effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
4.2 Billing and Payment Methods
You authorize BondStyle to charge your payment method on file for the subscription fee and any applicable taxes each month. Billing will occur on the same day each month corresponding to your subscription start date. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and promptly updating your payment method if it changes or becomes invalid.
BondStyle uses industry-standard payment processors to securely handle all transactions. You agree that BondStyle is not responsible for payment processing errors or delays caused by third-party payment providers.
4.3 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your BondStyle subscription at any time without penalty. Cancellation can be initiated through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial months, unused services, or canceled premium features.
Upon cancellation, your access to BondStyle will be terminated at the end of the billing cycle in which the cancellation is processed. If you cancel mid-cycle, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period, at which point all access will be revoked.
4.4 Refund Policy
BondStyle does not offer refunds for subscription fees that have already been paid. The subscription service is provided on a continuing monthly basis, and payment is non-refundable once the billing period has commenced. Refund requests will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- Payment was processed twice due to a billing system error, in which case the duplicate charge will be refunded within thirty (30) business days;
- The subscription was renewed without proper authorization, provided notification is received within ten (10) days of the unauthorized charge;
- At BondStyle's sole discretion, when service was unavailable due to technical issues caused by BondStyle for a period exceeding seventy-two (72) consecutive hours, a prorated credit may be issued.
All refund requests must be submitted to customer support within the timeframes specified above. BondStyle reserves the right to investigate all refund claims and deny requests that do not meet the specified criteria. Any refunds approved will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
4.5 Subscription Changes
BondStyle reserves the right to change subscription features, pricing, or service tiers at any time. Current subscribers will receive notification of any price increases at least thirty (30) days in advance. Continued use of the service after the effective date of a price increase constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
4.6 Past Due Accounts
If your account becomes past due, BondStyle may suspend access to the service until payment is received. Reactivation of a suspended account may incur additional fees at BondStyle's discretion.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, materials, design, and functionality of BondStyle, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio, code, and software, are the exclusive property of BondStyle or its content providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use BondStyle for personal, non-commercial purposes during the term of your subscription. This license does not permit you to download, copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content without express written permission from BondStyle.
You may not remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary rights notices displayed on the service. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content may result in legal action and immediate termination of your account without refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BondStyle and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, even if BondStyle has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall BondStyle's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount of subscription fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, BondStyle's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

7.1 No Professional Advice
BondStyle is provided strictly for entertainment and informational purposes only. The service does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or any other professional advice. All content on BondStyle, including articles, analysis, data, tools, and calculations, is intended solely to provide general information and educational material.
7.2 Not a Substitute for Professional Counsel
You acknowledge and agree that the content provided through BondStyle should not be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with qualified financial advisors, investment professionals, tax professionals, or other appropriate professionals. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Market conditions can change rapidly, and information provided through BondStyle may quickly become outdated or inaccurate. BondStyle does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any information provided.
7.4 No Warranties
BondStyle is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. BondStyle disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and title. BondStyle does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that defects will be corrected.
